4. Decision on assignment of officers for verification and handling of accidents (Form No. 04/TNDT);
5. Record of scene examination for inland waterway traffic accidents (Form No. 05/TNDT);
6. Sketch of the scene of inland waterway traffic accidents (Form No. 06/TNDT);
7. Report on the results of the scene examination for inland waterway traffic accidents (Form No. 07/TNDT);
8. Record of examination of vehicles related to inland waterway traffic accidents (Form No. 08/TNDT);
9. Record of examination of works related to inland waterway traffic accidents (Form No. 09/TNDT);
