09 prohibited acts related to drugs (Illustration)
Article 4 of the Draft Law on Drug Prevention and Control stipulates specific acts that are strictly prohibited by law as follows:
- Cultivating plants containing narcotic substances.- Illegally producing, storing, transporting, preserving, selling, distributing, examining, processing, exchanging, exporting, importing; temporarily importing, re-exporting; temporarily exporting, re-importing; transiting, researching or appropriating narcotic substances, precursor chemicals, addictive drugs, psychoactive drugs, precursor drugs, combination drugs containing addictive substances, combination drugs containing psychoactive substances, combination drugs containing precursor substances; veterinary drugs containing narcotic substances, precursor chemicals. Violating regulations on the delivery, management, control, storage, issuance, and permission for the use of narcotic substances, addictive drugs or psychoactive drugs.- Using, organizing the illegal use of narcotic substances; inciting, coercing, pulling, harboring, or supporting the illegal use of narcotic substances.- Producing, storing, transporting, and selling equipment, tools for the illegal production and use of narcotic substances.- Legalizing money or property acquired from drug-related crimes.- Resisting or obstructing drug rehabilitation efforts.- Retaliating against or obstructing people responsible for or participating in drug prevention and control.- Abusing positions, authority, or professions to violate laws on drug prevention and control.- Other illegal acts related to drugs.
