Drug and drug ingredient wholesale establishments;
Drug retail establishments including pharmacies, drug counters, medicine cabinets at commune health stations, establishments specializing in retailing medicinal herbs, herbal medicines, traditional medicines;
Drug and drug ingredient testing service business establishments;
Clinical trial service business establishments;
Bioequivalence testing service business establishments.

At the same time, Article 32 of the Law on Pharmacy 2016 also provides for pharmaceutical business activities including:
