06 cases of exemption from the fee for using meteorological and hydrological information

- Announcements in mass media not for profit purposes.- Serving natural disaster prevention and control, ensuring national defense and security.- Exchanging information with foreign countries and international organizations under international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member.- Serving the activities of the Communist Party, National Assembly, the Government of Vietnam, and central-level political and social organizations.- Serving investigation, adjudication, and dispute resolution activities at the request of investigation and adjudication agencies.- Serving the development of strategies, planning, and socio-economic development plans of ministries, central authorities, and local authorities at the request of the Minister or the Chief of equivalent agencies; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
