04 subjects eligible for remuneration policies when receiving citizens

According to the provisions of Decree 64/2014/ND-CP, the following 04 groups of subjects will be entitled to benefit from the policies on allowances when receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, or reflections:

- Officers and officials of agencies, organizations, and units specified in Article 20 of Decree 64 who are assigned or tasked by competent authorities to perform duties related to receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, or reflections at the Citizen Reception Office or citizen reception locations.- Heads and deputy heads of agencies, organizations, and units responsible for periodically or irregularly receiving citizens; officials summoned by competent authorities to perform duties related to receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, or reflections at the Citizen Reception Office or citizen reception locations.- Officers, officials; officers, non-commissioned officers, soldiers, professional servicemen, and defense employees in the armed forces; civil defense, medical, and traffic officers assigned or tasked by competent authorities to coordinate in receiving citizens, maintaining security, order, and ensuring healthcare at the Citizen Reception Office or citizen reception locations.- Heads and deputy heads of agencies, organizations, and units; officials assigned special duties by competent authorities to handle complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections.
