This is the notable content stipulated in Circular 43/2016/TT-BYT, which regulates the probation period according to the professional title of public employee in the health sector.
The selected candidates for the professional title of public employee in the healthcare sector are exempt from the probationary policies in any of the following cases:
- They have spent at least 12 months working in medical facilities relevant to the position they are being hired for.- They have been issued a practicing certificate with a scope of specialized activities appropriate to the position they are being hired for and have undergone at least 12 months of practice to be granted the practicing certificate as per legal regulations.
Additionally, Circular 43/2016/TT-BYT also stipulates the probationary period for the professional title of public employee in the healthcare sector for some cases with breaks during the probationary process. Specifically:
- The periods of maternity leave as per social insurance benefits, sick leave of 03 days or more; and periods of temporary detention, temporary custody, temporary suspension of work as per legal regulations will not be counted towards the probationary period. The probationary period will resume immediately after the candidate's break period has ended.
