Regulations on the areas for immigration control at land border checkpoints
Section 2, Article 4 of Circular 74/2020/TT-BCA (effective from August 15, 2020) regulates the scope and areas of immigration control at land border checkpoints as follows:
The scope and areas of immigration control at land border checkpoints encompass the areas of land border checkpoints as defined in Decree 112/2014/ND-CP dated November 21, 2014, of the Government of Vietnam on the management of land border checkpoints.
