Proof of Origin Documentation under the UKVFTA?

Based on Article 30 of Circular 02/2021/TT-BCT (Effective from June 27, 2021) stipulating the documents proving the origin of goods under UKVFTA as follows:

Documents proving the origin of goods for the issuance of C/O or the issuance of self-certificate of origin documents include:

1. Documents proving the production process or processing stage done by the exporter or manufacturer, such as reports or accounting records.

2. Documents used to prove the origin of materials issued or declared in a Member State under current regulations.

3. Documents proving the processing or treatment of materials, issued or declared in a Member State under current regulations.

4. Certificates of origin for materials issued or declared in a Member State as stipulated in this Circular.
