Prohibition of Stateless Persons from Entering Vietnam for Tourism Purposes?
Based on Point h, Clause 1, Article 44 of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam 2014, which stipulates the rights and obligations of foreigners as follows:
Stateless persons residing abroad are permitted to enter Vietnam for tourism and visiting relatives.
Thus, the law allows stateless persons residing abroad to enter Vietnam for tourism purposes.
