Currency and Exchange Rates Used in Import and Export Statistics
Pursuant to Article 14 of Circular 52/2020/TT-BTC (effective from August 1, 2020) stipulating the currency and exchange rate used in customs statistics for export and import goods:
- The currency used in the statistics of export and import goods of Vietnam is Vietnamese Dong and US Dollar.
- The customs authority shall base on the current regulations on the tax calculation exchange rate to convert foreign currencies used in statistics.
