After Submitting the Customs Declaration, How Long Until Receiving the Lane Classification Result Notification?
According to Clause 8, Article 1 of Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC, the notification timing of the lane classification results is stipulated as follows:
The customs declaration is immediately notified of the lane classification results by the customs authority after the electronic customs data processing system receives, checks, and registers the information on the customs declaration.
Based on the information updated up to the time the export or import goods arrive at the border gate, if the information regarding the lane classification basis changes compared to the time of customs declaration registration, the system will automatically process and notify the declarant of the change in lane classification results of the customs declaration.
Thus, based on the above regulation, after the electronic customs data processing system receives, checks, and registers the information on the customs declaration, the customs authority will notify the lane classification results. There is currently no specific regulation on how long it will take to receive the results. However, it will depend on the electronic customs data processing system's reception.
Respectfully!
