According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 2 of Decree 02/2003/ND-CP on market development and management:
The market area is the zone planned for market activities, including the space for arranging business points, service areas (such as parking lots, warehouses, dining areas, entertainment, and other services), and the roads surrounding the market.
Business points include stalls, booths, kiosks, and stores that are fixedly arranged within the market area according to the market construction design, with a minimum standard area of 3m^2^ per point.
