What is a Permanent Market?
According to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 2 of Decree 02/2003/ND-CP on the development and management of markets:
A semi-permanent market is a market constructed to ensure a usage duration of 5 to 10 years.
A permanent market is a market constructed to ensure a usage duration of over 10 years.
