What is a Class 3 Market?
According to the provisions at Point c, Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree 02/2003/ND-CP regarding the development and management of markets, Type 3 Markets are defined as follows:
- These are markets with fewer than 200 business points or markets that have not been invested for solid or semi-solid construction.
- They primarily serve the buying and selling needs of residents in the communes, wards, and surrounding areas.
