What is a Business Point at the Market?
According to the provisions of Clause 5, Article 2 of Decree 02/2003/ND-CP on market development and management:
Business points at the market include stalls, booths, kiosks, and stores that are permanently arranged within the market's scope according to the market construction design, with a minimum standard area of 3m^2^/point.
In which, the market's scope is the area planned for market activities, including space for arranging business points, service areas (such as parking lots, warehouses, dining, entertainment, and other services), and roads surrounding the market.
