Requirements for the Quality of Products, Goods of Construction Materials, and Building Components
Based on Article 10 of Decree 09/2021/ND-CP stipulating the requirements for the quality of construction materials and construction components as follows:
The quality of construction materials and construction components must comply with and conform to the provisions of law on product quality, goods; and law on standards, technical regulations.
Construction materials and construction components produced domestically and introduced to the market must meet the announced standards. For construction materials and construction components without national standards, the manufacturer is responsible for developing and announcing the basic standards in accordance with the provisions of law on standards and technical regulations.
Imported construction materials and construction components must announce the applied standards. For imported construction materials and construction components managed by national technical regulations, they must comply with the corresponding national technical regulations.
