Minimum Warranty Amount for Projects Using Public Investment Funds?
According to Clause 7, Article 28 of Decree 06/2021/ND-CP, which stipulates the warranty requirements for construction works:
- For projects using public investment capital or state capital outside of public investment, the minimum warranty amounts are stipulated as follows:
a) 3% of the contract value for special grade and grade I construction works;
b) 5% of the contract value for other grade construction works;
c) The warranty amount for projects using other types of capital can refer to the minimum levels specified in points a and b of this clause for application.
