How are the Dossiers for Reissuing Architectural Practice Certificates Regulated?
Clause 3, Article 27, Decree 85/2020/ND-CP (Effective from September 7, 2020) stipulates the dossier for requesting the reissuance of an architecture practice certificate includes:
- An application for the issuance of the practice certificate according to the form prescribed in Appendix III issued with this Decree, enclosed with 02 color photos size 4 x 6 cm with a white background of the applicant's portrait taken within the last 06 months;
- A certified copy or file containing color photos taken from the original or a copy, presenting the original for comparison, of the issued practice certificate and documents proving the information that needs to be changed.
