What is the penalty for publishing a video recording of a performance art content different from the content submitted for archival?

Based on Point b Clause 1 Article 13 of Decree 38/2021/ND-CP, violation of regulations on circulation of audio and video recordings with performing arts content is penalized with a fine ranging from VND 10,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 for the act of circulating audio and video recordings that do not match the content of the submitted recordings.

Thus, in case of circulating video recordings with performing arts content that do not match the content of the submitted recordings, a fine ranging from VND 10,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 will be imposed.

Note that this penalty applies to individuals violating the regulation. In the case of organizations violating the regulation, the penalty will be doubled (Clauses 2, 3 Article 5 of this Decree).

Additionally, it is mandated to destroy the violating video recordings; to return any illegal profits obtained; and to remove the video recordings in electronic form in the online and digital environment (Points a, c, d Clause 5 Article 13 of this Decree).
