According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 45 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP:
A fine ranging from VND 5,000,000 to VND 10,000,000 will be imposed on railway transport businesses that fail to disclose or inadequately disclose the contents of the train schedule chart as prescribed.
Thus, according to this provision, if a railway transport business inadequately discloses the contents of the train schedule chart, it may be fined from VND 5 million to VND 10 million.
