Penalties for Passengers Threatening or Violating the Health of Service Personnel on Vehicles
According to Clause 3, Article 32 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, the penalties for passengers violating traffic safety regulations are as follows:
A fine ranging from 2,000,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND shall be imposed for acts of threatening or infringing upon the health of other passengers, drivers, or service staff on the vehicle.
Thus, passengers who threaten or infringe upon the health of service staff on the vehicle may be fined from 2,000,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND.
