Based on Clause 7a, Article 6 of Decree 82/2020/ND-CP, the regulations on the practice of law are as follows:
A fine ranging from 30,000,000 VND to 40,000,000 VND shall be imposed for any of the following acts:
- Providing or guiding the client to provide false documents or evidence.
Thus, for the act of a lawyer guiding a client to provide false evidence, a fine ranging from 30,000,000 VND to 40,000,000 VND shall be imposed.
