According to Clause 3d, Article 13 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 15, 2020), the content is stipulated as follows:
A fine ranging from 7,000,000 VND to 10,000,000 VND shall be imposed for any of the following acts:
Failing to comply with one of the quality indicators of non-public postal services that have been announced.
Thus, the fine for failing to comply with one of the quality indicators of non-public postal services that have been announced ranges from 7 to 10 million VND.
