Jurisdiction to Impose Sanctions of the Squadron Leader of the Coast Guard Squadron in the Field of Health?

According to Clause 4, Article 109 of Decree 117/2020/ND-CP stipulating the authority to impose administrative penalties of the Squadron Leader of the Coast Guard in the field of healthcare as follows:

- Issuing a warning;

- Imposing a fine up to VND 6,000,000 for administrative violations related to population; up to VND 10,000,000 for administrative violations related to preventive medicine and HIV/AIDS prevention and control; up to VND 20,000,000 for administrative violations related to medical examination and treatment, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and medical equipment;

- Confiscating infringing materials and means of administrative violation with a value not exceeding the fine prescribed at point b of this clause;

- Applying remedial measures as stipulated in points c, d, and dd, Clause 1, Article 28 of the Law on Handling Administrative Violations and Clause 3, Article 3 of this Decree.
