How is the Disposal of Dead Chickens Transported and Dumped into the Environment Handled?
For this act, Clause 6, Article 5 of Decree 90/2017/ND-CP on administrative penalties in the field of veterinary medicine, issued by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, stipulates as follows:
A fine of VND 5,000,000 to VND 6,000,000 shall be imposed for the act of transporting dead poultry and their products to dump in the environment.
In addition to the above fine, the violator is also subject to an additional penalty of being compelled to destroy the corpses of the poultry and their products.
=> Thus, according to these regulations, the individual committing the act of transporting animal carcasses to dispose of could be fined from VND 5,000,000 to VND 6,000,000 and must destroy the poultry.
