Conducting Inspections and Evaluating the Academic Performance of Learners: What are the Penalties for Non-Compliance?
According to Article 15 of Decree 04/2021/ND-CP (Effective from March 10, 2021), this content is regulated as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 2,000,000 to VND 15,000,000 shall be imposed on the act of organizing assessments and evaluating the learning outcomes of learners that are not in accordance with current laws.
Remedial measures: The organization shall be required to re-assess and re-evaluate the learning outcomes of learners for violations specified in Clause 1 of this Article.
Note: The above-mentioned fine is the fine amount for administrative violations committed by organizations. For the same administrative violation, the fine amount imposed on individuals is half of the fine amount imposed on organizations.
