Bus attendants charging higher fares than regulations: What are the penalties?
According to Clause 2, Article 31 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP:
A fine ranging from 100,000 VND to 200,000 VND shall be imposed on bus service staff who commit the following acts: collecting fare but not issuing a ticket to the passenger; collecting fare higher than the regulated amount.
Accordingly, bus service staff who collect fare higher than the regulated amount may be fined from 100,000 VND to 200,000 VND.
