What time is it permitted to play music at weddings?

According to Point e, Clause 1, Article 6 of Circular 04/2011/TT-BVHTTDL, the organization of weddings at home or at wedding venues must adhere to the following regulations:

Music at weddings must be healthy, cheerful; sound levels must not exceed the permissible noise limits according to Vietnamese standards implemented in the Vietnamese standard document issued together with Decision No. 2351/1998/QD-BKHCNMT dated December 5, 1998, of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (currently the Ministry of Science and Technology); music must not be played before 6:00 AM and after 10:00 PM.

=> According to the above regulation, when organizing a wedding, music must not be played before 6:00 AM and after 10:00 PM. Therefore, if your household plays music at 8:00 PM, it is still permissible.
