b) Provinces and cities under Central Authority that have relics, temples dedicated to the Hung Kings organize commemorative incense offerings;
c) The commemorative rites are carried out uniformly nationwide following guidance from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
d) Organize media activities on state and local mass media.
