According to Clause 2, Article 2 of Decree 144/2020/ND-CP (effective from February 1, 2021), the regulation is as follows:
Performing arts is an activity that showcases various forms of performing arts, beauty pageants, modeling, or combines performing arts with fashion shows and cultural and sports activities.
