Below is the best speech for the 115th Anniversary of March 8 in 2025:

Distinguished delegates, respected teachers, and all beloved women!

Today, in the joyful and meaningful atmosphere of the historic March, we solemnly organize the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 – March 8, 2025). This is an occasion to honor women – who have tirelessly dedicated themselves for their families, communities, and the overall development of society.

Over a century ago, on March 8, 1910, the movement demanding women's equality erupted powerfully in many countries worldwide, most notably the movement by female textile workers in New York (USA). Since then, March 8 has been recognized by the United Nations as International Women's Day, marking the affirmation of the important role women play in all fields of life.

In Vietnam, women have always held a special place in history. From valiant female heroes like the Trung Sisters and Lady Trieu to the simple yet resilient women during wartime and peacetime, all have contributed to the nation's glory. Today, Vietnamese women continue to assert their position in all fields: from politics, economy, education, to science and technology.

Looking back at society's development journey, we cannot help but mention the silent yet significant contributions of mothers, wives, sisters, and daughters. They are the steady support for families, the keepers of love's flame, talented leaders, and dedicated teachers in classrooms.

On this special day, on behalf of the Leadership Board (or Organizing Committee), I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all women. May you always be healthy, happy, and continue to shine and spread beauty in life.

Each passing year, the role of women continues to be emphasized and recognized. However, we also need to continue to build a just and progressive society, where women can fully develop their abilities and contribute more to the country's development.

Once again, I wish the delegates, respected teachers, and all women a joyful, healthy, and happy March 8!

Thank you sincerely!
