b) Within 01 day from receipt of the application as prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article, the Director of the drug rehabilitation facility is responsible for considering and deciding whether to let the drug addict return home to mourn.
The decision to allow the funeral must include the following contents: full name, time to return for the funeral; The family's responsibility in picking up and returning the drug addict to the rehabilitation facility and managing the drug addict during the funeral period. The decision is sent to the drug addict's family and the commune-level People's Committee where that person resides for coordinated management and is stored in the drug addict's file according to Form No. 49, Appendix II of this Decree.
3. The drug addict's family is responsible for welcoming the drug addict home and handing the drug addict back to the mandatory rehabilitation facility at the end of the mourning period. All expenses for bringing and picking up the drug addict will be borne by the drug addict's family. pay addiction. The delivery and receipt of drug addicts between the compulsory drug rehabilitation facility and the family must be recorded in writing and kept in the drug addict's records.
4. Rehabilitation facilities must check health and drug use status when receiving detoxified people. In case the time limit for mourning leave has passed and the drug addict does not return to the compulsory rehabilitation facility, the Director of the compulsory rehabilitation facility must issue a decision to pursue it according to the provisions of law.
