What individuals are entitled to Youth Volunteer policies?

"Volunteers who participated in the resistance war from July 15, 1950, to April 30, 1975, and who have completed their missions and returned to their localities without being eligible for pensions, labor accident policies, disease policies, war invalids policies, war invalids-like policies, or policies for those affected by chemical warfare will be entitled to a one-time allowance, calculated based on the actual number of years directly participating in the resistance war."

Therefore, since your mother was a volunteer in the resistance war in 1967, has completed her mission and returned to her locality without receiving any other policies, she is entitled to a one-time allowance.

And since your mother participated as a volunteer for 1 year, the one-time allowance is 2,500,000 VND.
