What are the State Policies on Photography Activities?

Pursuant to Article 6 of Decree 72/2016/ND-CP on photography activities, it is stipulated as follows:

- The State invests in supporting creation, commissioning creations, collecting, and archiving photographic works of high value, serving tasks of nation-building and national defense.

- The State encourages domestic and foreign organizations and individuals to participate in photography activities and develop the photography market in accordance with the law; encourages the application of modern technology in photography activities.

- Based on the socio-economic situation of each period, the State shall have policies to support and invest in photography activities.

The above are the State policies on photography activities as stipulated by law.
