What are responsibilities of sports training providers for sports trainers in Vietnam? Please advice according to new regulations.
Clause 2, Article 4 of Circular 07/2021/TT-BVHTTDL (Effective from December 1, 2021) stipulates:
2. Every sports training provider in Vietnam shall:
a) formulate training plans;
b) organize preparation of training documents suitable for training programs promulgated by competent authorities;
c) provide adequate facilities and equipment for training;
d) ensure that all lecturers satisfy qualification requirements as prescribed;
dd) organize training, examination and assessment of professional competence of trainers;
e) consolidate and recognize training results.
