Title: Can Cameramen Still Be Considered for Issuance of Journalist Cards?

Based on Clause 4, Article 26 of the 2016 Law on Press stipulating the subjects eligible for consideration for press cards as follows:

- General Director, Deputy General Director, Director, Deputy Director, Editor-in-Chief, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of press and news agencies.

- Head (department), Deputy Head (department) of press operations of press and news agencies.

- ...............

- Cameramen, directors of radio and television programs (excluding feature films) of units licensed to operate in the field of radio, television, and production of State documentary films.

Thus, if one works as a cameraman in radio and television programs, excluding feature films, of units licensed to operate in the field of radio, television, and production of State documentary films, they are eligible for consideration to be issued a press card.
