Based on Clause 3, Article 6 of Decree 116/2021/ND-CP, which stipulates the conditions for the physical facilities and the structure of components of a public drug rehabilitation facility as follows:
A public drug rehabilitation facility (hereinafter referred to as the facility) must ensure the following minimum conditions for physical facilities:
- The structure of the components of a drug rehabilitation facility includes:
a) Administrative and management block: working area, assembly hall, and staff quarters;
b) Accommodation block for rehabilitation individuals: organize separate areas as prescribed in Clauses 2 and 3, Article 35 of the Law on Drug Prevention and Control;
c) Functional unit block: medical, educational, psychological therapy, visiting rooms for family members, therapy and labor areas, production labor area (if any);
d) Dining area, kitchen, and storage;
e) Playground and sports area must have a minimum area equivalent to 25% of the total usable area of the facility.
Location Conditions for Public Drug Rehabilitation Facility
Based on Clause 1, Article 6 of the above Decree, which stipulates the conditions for the location of a public drug rehabilitation facility as follows:
A public drug rehabilitation facility (hereinafter referred to as the facility) must ensure the following minimum conditions for physical facilities:
- The facility must be located at a site convenient for traffic access, access to medical facilities; have electricity and clean water for living purposes; have enclosing walls and a name sign for the facility.
