Pursuant to Article 3 of the Circular 02/2023/TT-BCA stipulating forms used in firefighting and rescue training as follows:
Appendix of forms used in training in fire fighting and rescue operations
To promulgate together with this Circular the Appendix of forms used in professional training in fire fighting and rescue, including:
1. Book for monitoring the training of fire fighting and rescue operations (Form No. 01).
2. Training lesson plan for fire fighting and rescue operations (Form No. 02).
3. Report on professional training in fire fighting and rescue and rescue (Form 03).
4. Decision on establishing a council to examine and evaluate the results of training in fire fighting and rescue operations (Form 04).
5. Minutes of inspection and assessment of training results in fire fighting and rescue operations (Form 05).
Thus, the forms used in firefighting and rescue training from March 3, 2023 in Vietnam include:
- Book for monitoring the training of fire fighting and rescue operations (Form No. 01).

What are forms of firefighting and rescue training from March 3, 2023 in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 2 Article 5 of the Circular 02/2023/TT-BCA stipulating forms of firefighting and rescue training as follows:
Subjects and forms of training
1. Training subjects:
a) Heads and Deputy Heads of Police Divisions of Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue and Rescue affiliated to the Police Departments of the provinces and centrally-run cities (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial-level Police for short).
b) Chiefs of Public Security, Deputy Chiefs of Police of districts, towns and provincial cities (hereinafter referred to as district-level Police for short) are in charge of fire prevention and fighting and rescue,
c) Team captains and deputy captains of professional teams assigned to perform fire fighting and rescue tasks under the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department; Team leaders, deputy captains of police teams for fire prevention and fighting and rescue and rescue of district-level police offices.
d) Officers in charge of training in fire fighting and rescue operations.
d) Officers and soldiers in fire fighting and rescue.
e) Driving fire engines, ambulances and rescue vehicles; driving ships, boats, canoes for fire fighting, rescue, rescue.
2. Form of training:
a) Regular training is carried out daily during the permanent shift at the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police unit, applicable to the subjects specified at Points c, dd, and e, Clause 1 of this Article. This.
b) Periodic training is conducted once a year, applicable to the subjects specified at Points a and b, Clause 1 of this Article; twice a year, applicable to the subjects specified at Points c, dd, and e, Clause 1 of this Article.
c) Advanced training is conducted once a year, applicable to the subjects specified at Point d, Clause 1 of this Article; every two years, applicable to the subjects specified at Points a, b and c, Clause 1 of this Article.
Accordingly, the forms of training in fire fighting and rescue operations are as follows:
+) Regular training is carried out daily in the permanent shift at the Fire prevention and fighting and rescue and rescue police units.
+) Periodic training is conducted once a year; twice a year.
+) Advanced training is conducted once a year, every two years.
What are contents of professional training in fire fighting and rescue of the People's Public Security in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 6 of the Circular 02/2023/TT-BCA stipulating contents of professional training in fire fighting and rescue of the People's Public Security in Vietnam as follows:
- Legal documents, directing and guiding documents on fire fighting and rescue work.
- Theory of personal techniques; tactical, technical; fire fighting squad, rescue squad; fire fighting plan, rescue plan; management, preservation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment for fire fighting and rescue.
- Theory of fire command and rescue.
- Practice of physical training.
- Practice of personal techniques of fire fighting and rescue.
- Practice of fire fighting formations, and rescue squads.
- Practice of firefighting and rescue techniques and tactics.
- Practice of the operation of using, preserving and maintaining fire-fighting and rescue vehicles and equipment.
- Additional driving techniques for drivers of fire engines, ambulances and rescue vehicles; repair of fire-fighting and rescue vehicles.
