Safety Conditions for Fire Prevention and Fighting for Karaoke Business Establishments
According to Article 5 of Circular 147/2020/TT-BCA stipulating safety conditions for fire prevention and fighting as follows:
- Karaoke service businesses and discotheque services must ensure safety conditions for fire prevention and fighting as stipulated in Article 5 of Decree No. 136/2020/ND-CP dated November 24, 2020, of the Government of Vietnam detailing some articles and measures to implement the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 136/2020/ND-CP) as follows:
a) Facilities that are three floors or higher or have a total volume of 1,000 m³ or more must ensure safety conditions for fire prevention and fighting as stipulated in Clause 1 Article 5 of Decree No. 136/2020/ND-CP;
b) Facilities that are under three floors or have a total volume of less than 1,000 m³ must ensure safety conditions for fire prevention and fighting as stipulated in Clause 2 Article 5 of Decree No. 136/2020/ND-CP;
c) Karaoke service businesses and discotheque services arranged in high-rise buildings, multi-purpose buildings must ensure safety conditions for fire prevention and fighting as stipulated in Clause 3 Article 5 of Decree No. 136/2020/ND-CP.
- The safety conditions for fire prevention and fighting as stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article must be organized and maintained by the head of the karaoke service business or discotheque service throughout the operation process.
