Request for Issuance of Press Card for Reporters at District Radio Station Proposed by District Radio Station
Based on Clause 5, Article 26 of the 2016 Press Law, it is stipulated that district radio reporters are eligible for consideration to be issued a press card.
Clause 2, Article 27 of this Law also stipulates the conditions and standards for being considered for issuance of a press card as follows:
Cases specified in Clause 5, Article 26 of this Law that are considered for issuance of a press card must meet the conditions and standards prescribed in Points a, b, and d of Clause 1 of this Article and must also meet the following conditions and standards:
a) Being a regular collaborator of the provincial or centrally run radio and television station;
b) Having at least twelve journalistic works broadcast on the provincial or centrally run radio and television station within 1 year up to the time of card consideration;
c) For first-time card issuance, must have been continuously working at the district-level radio and television station or equivalent for 2 years or more up to the time of card consideration;
d) Being recommended for a press card by the provincial or centrally run radio and television station.
Thus, in this case, district radio reporters wishing to be considered for a press card must meet the above-mentioned conditions and standards and be recommended for a press card by the provincial or centrally run radio and television station.
