Regime for Martyrs According to New Regulations

According to the new regulations regarding martyrs as stipulated in Article 15 of the Ordinance on Preferences for People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution 2020 (effective from July 1, 2021). To be specific:

- The organization of death notices, memorial services, burial, and inscription at martyrs' memorial works.

- The posthumous award of the "Fatherland Recognition" Certificate in accordance with the provisions of the Government of Vietnam.

- The search, gathering, identification, and burial of martyrs' remains.

- In the absence of surviving family members eligible for the monthly survivorship allowance according to Clause 3, Article 16 of this Ordinance, the person assigned or authorized to worship the martyr will be entitled to a martyr worship allowance.
