Principles of Operation of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Writers' Association
Based on Clause 3, Article 15 of the Charter of the Vietnam Writers' Association (Issued together with Decision 1685/QD-TTg in 2021) stipulates the principles of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Writers' Association as follows:
Principles of Operation of the Executive Committee
- The Executive Committee operates according to the Regulations issued by the Executive Board, complying with the provisions of the law and the Charter of the Association;
- The Executive Committee meets 04 (four) times a year, can hold extraordinary meetings upon the request of the Chairman of the Association or the request of over 2/3 (two-thirds) of the total members of the Executive Committee;
- The meetings of the Executive Committee are valid when 2/3 (two-thirds) of the members of the Executive Committee attend the meeting. The Executive Committee can vote by raising hands or by secret ballot. The form of voting is decided by the Executive Committee;
- Resolutions and decisions of the Executive Committee are passed when there are more than 1/2 (one-half) of the total members of the Executive Committee voting in favor.
