Principles for Honoring and Awarding Individuals with Achievements in Voluntary Blood Donation
According to Article 4 of the Regulation on Honoring and Rewarding Individuals, Families, and Collectives with Achievements in Voluntary Blood Donation and the Promotion of Voluntary Blood Donation issued together with Decision 122/QD-BCDQG in 2017, the principles for honoring and rewarding are as follows:
Honoring the humanitarian values and noble gestures of individuals, families, and collectives who have contributed to the voluntary blood donation movement, thereby encouraging and motivating all healthy citizens to actively participate in blood donation.
Rewarding individuals and collectives with achievements in promoting voluntary blood donation based on the completion of targets approved by the Steering Committee or the People's Committee at the same level, and in alignment with the overall objectives of the National Steering Committee.
The above are the principles for honoring and rewarding individuals with achievements in voluntary blood donation according to the current regulations.
Respectfully!
