The preferential treatment for war invalids and individuals receiving policies equivalent to war invalids is stipulated as follows. The specific document that outlines these regulations is detailed below.Benefits for war invalids and persons entitled to policies as war invalids are stipulated in Article 24 of the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for Contributors to the Revolution 2020. To be specific:
Monthly allowances and subsidies for war invalids and persons entitled to policies as war invalids are as follows:
a) Monthly allowance based on the rate of body injury and type of war invalids;
b) Service allowance for war invalids and persons entitled to policies as war invalids with a body injury rate of 81% or higher living with their families;
c) Monthly subsidy for war invalids and persons entitled to policies as war invalids with a body injury rate of 81% or higher;
d) Special monthly subsidy for war invalids and persons entitled to policies as war invalids with a body injury rate of 81% or higher who have particularly severe injuries. War invalids and persons entitled to policies as war invalids receiving special monthly subsidies are not entitled to normal monthly subsidies.
Health insurance.
Health rehabilitation every two years; in cases where the body injury rate is 81% or higher, annual health rehabilitation is provided.
Priority, support in education and training, and conditions for working in state agencies, organizations, and enterprises based on the rate of body injury.
Preferential regimes stipulated in points c, e, g, h, i, and k of Clause 2, Article 5 of this Ordinance.
Initial material support from the State, including workshops, schools, classrooms, equipment, and devices; preferential loans for production and business, exemption, or reduction of taxes according to legal provisions for production and business establishments specifically for war invalids, persons entitled to policies as war invalids, and sick soldiers.
