Preferential Regime for Relatives of Persons with Meritorious Contributions to the Revolution as stipulated in Article 40 of the 2020 Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for Persons with Meritorious Contributions to the Revolution

To be specific:

- A one-time allowance for relatives when a person with meritorious contributions to the revolution dies before benefiting from the preferential policies.

- A one-time allowance for relatives equivalent to three months of the current monthly allowance in cases where individuals specified in clauses 1 and 2 of Article 38 of this Ordinance, who are receiving monthly allowances, pass away.

- A funeral allowance for the individual or organization that conducts the funeral if the person with meritorious contributions to the revolution dies.
