Is it required to include the résumé in the dossier for admission to social welfare institutions in Vietnam?

According to Clause 1, Article 23 of Decree 28/2012/ND-CP, the dossier for the admission of people suffering from particularly serious impairments to social welfare institutions in Vietnam includes:

- An application of the person with impairments or his/her family, relative or guardian;

- An information sheet of the person with impairments, made under the prescribed form;

- Résumé of the person with impairments certified by the commune-level People’s Committee;

- A copy of the impairment certificate;

- A copy of household registration book;

- A copy of the birth certificate or identity card;

- Record of the social welfare approval council and written request of the commune-level People’s Committee chairperson;

- Written request of the district-level People’s Committee chairperson to the agency managing the social welfare establishment;

-The managing agency head's decision on admission;

Under the above regulations, the résumé of the person with impairments certified by the commune-level People’s Committee must be included in the dossier for the admission of people suffering from particularly serious impairments to social welfare institutions in Vietnam. Therefore, you must prepare the documents as per the above regulations to proceed accordingly.
