Implementation Organization of the Central Propaganda Department in the Program for Building the Learning Citizen Model 2021 - 2030
In Sub-section 7, Section IV, Article 1 of Decision 677/QD-TTg of 2022, it is stipulated regarding the organization and implementation work of the Central Propaganda Department in the Program for Building the Learning Citizen Model 2021 - 2030 as follows:
- Request the Central Propaganda Department and the Central Mass Mobilization Committee
Direct and cooperate with the Ministry of Education and Training, the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, and related ministries and central authorities in orienting propaganda, encouraging the implementation of the Program's goals and tasks, especially in raising awareness and responsibility of grassroots Communist Party organizations and exemplary party members participating in building the "Learning Citizen" model.
Implementation Organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the Program for Building the Learning Citizen Model 2021 - 2030
In Sub-section 8, Section IV, Article 1 of Decision 677/QD-TTg of 2022, it is stipulated regarding the organization and implementation work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the Program for Building the Learning Citizen Model 2021 - 2030 as follows:
- Request the Vietnam Fatherland Front and related political - social, professional social organizations, and central social organizations:
a) Request the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations to launch movements and emulation campaigns related to promoting education, talent development, and building the "Learning Citizen" model nationwide, closely and effectively associated with other movements and emulation campaigns;
b) Request related political - social, professional social organizations, and central social organizations to cooperate with the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education to enhance propaganda about the significance and importance of building a learning society, creating conditions for officials and public employees, laborers, and members of their organizations to study regularly and lifelong to achieve the title of "Learning Citizen."
