How many types of fireworks are there?
Clause 2, Article 3, Decree 137/2020/ND-CP (Effective from January 11, 2021) on the management and use of fireworks stipulates the following:
Firework materials include:
- Explosive firework materials: These are direct products used for producing explosive fireworks. Under the impact of mechanical, thermal, chemical, or electrical stimuli, they create a fast and strong chemical reaction that releases heat, generates gas, and produces high pressure causing an explosion;
- Non-explosive firework materials: These are direct products used for producing non-explosive fireworks. Under the impact of mechanical, thermal, chemical, or electrical stimuli, they create a fast and strong chemical reaction that releases heat, generates gas, and produces colorful light effects without causing an explosion.
Respectfully,
