How Many Relatives Are Allowed During One Visit to a Rehabilitation Trainee?
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 28 of Decree 221/2013/ND-CP, the following regulations are stated:
Students have the right to visit relatives at the visiting room of the compulsory rehabilitation facility once a week, for no more than 02 hours each visit, and with a maximum of 03 relatives. In cases where the visit lasts longer, it must be approved by the Director of the compulsory rehabilitation facility and must not exceed 04 hours. Students with a spouse, upon consideration and permission from the Director of the compulsory rehabilitation facility, are allowed to visit in a private room of the compulsory rehabilitation facility once a month, for a maximum of 48 hours per visit. Depending on the scale and conditions, the rehabilitation facility will construct rooms for students to visit their families.
According to this regulation, each visit is allowed a maximum of 03 relatives. Therefore, your family is permitted only three people for the visit.
