According to Clause 2, Article 8 of the Regulations on Honoring and Rewarding Individuals, Families, and Collectives with Achievements in Voluntary Blood Donation and Promoting Voluntary Blood Donation, promulgated together with Decision 122/QD-BCDQG in 2017, the criteria and forms of honoring and rewarding families are specified as follows:

**Families donating blood for the fifth time:

The Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation Promotion considers awarding a bronze-colored glass cup or other suitable items.

Therefore, in the case of a family donating blood for the fifth time, the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation Promotion will consider awarding a bronze-colored glass cup (or other suitable items).
